2009 JOINT & CRACK SEALING
BID SPECIFICATIONS
The Town of Dodgeville, Iowa County, Wisconsin, is seeking bids for joint and crack sealing for the 2009 calendar year.

Penny Lane Joint & Crack Sealing
Sneed Creek Joint & Crack Sealing
Description: The work shall consist of routing, cleaning, and sealing of random cracks and existing transverse and longitudinal joints.
Materials: The materials used must be a premium quality Rubber Asphalt joint sealer.
Time Periods: Projects must be completed prior to seal coating of said roads and must coordinate with seal coat contractors.
Bids: Submit bids on a per pound basis and estimated cost per road. Payment for crack sealing will be made per pound. The price shall be full compensation for furnishing all materials including preparation, delivery and placement of materials and for all labor, equipment, tools and incidentals necessary to complete the work. Bids will be granted to the lowest responsible bidder. Mark Crack Seals Bids on both sides of the envelopes.
Any questions on the bidding should be directed to the Clerk/Treasurer at 935-5808 at the Town office. Bids are due in the Town Office by 6:00 PM on May 5th. Bids will be opened immediately @ the Regular Town Board Meeting beginning at 6:00 PM on May 5, 2009 at the Town Hall. The Town Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responsible bids.
