Sanitary District #2 Board of Commissioners
Wednesday, September 9th, 2009
1) Call to order. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 4:32 p.m.

Town Supervisors in attendance were: Charles Price, David Thomas and Thomas Mueller. Absent was David Gollon. Also in attendance were Clerk Sara Olson, Ed Weaver, Darrin Crook, Matt Tuss and Terry Slaney.

2) Approval of Public Notice/Agenda. Supervisor, Charles Price made a motion to approve the public notice and agenda seconded by Supervisor Thomas Mueller. Motion carried.

3) Approval of Meeting Minutes from January 15th, 2009. Thomas Mueller made a motion to approve the January 15th, 2009 minutes as submitted. Charles Price seconded the motion. Motion carried.

4) Discussion & possible action re: Approval or Denial of the Hook-up of the B-2 District which lies in the Town of Dodgeville Sanitary District #2 to the existing sewer main. The Town Board discussed the proposed hookup and if the extension was going to be a main that the Town would accept and be responsible for maintaining the line or a lateral that the individuals would be responsible for maintaining with Ed, Darrin, Matt and Terry. The four individuals indicated that this line was going to be considered a main. Thomas Mueller made a motion to grant the approval of the sewer main to be hooked-up to the B-2 (Business Highway) District which lies in the Town of Dodgeville Sanitary District #2 to the existing sewer main with the conditions that the City of Dodgeville Engineer or equal overlook the process and the contractor must provide proof of insurance to the Town of Dodgeville. Any road damages to the road or road right-of-way that is caused by this project must be repaired and replaced by the developer(s). The Town of Dodgeville will accept the addition to Sanitary District #2 upon testing and approval of the sewer main. Charles Price seconded the motion. Motion carried.

5) Public Comment. None
6) Adjournment. Thomas Mueller made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 5:15 p.m. Curt Peterson seconded the motion. Motion carried.
