Special Town Board Meeting Minutes
Saturday, October 29th, 2016 – 7:30 A.M.

The Town of Dodgeville Board met on Saturday, October 29th at 7:30 A.M. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 7:30 A.M.

Town Chairman was in attendance along with Supervisor David Gollon, Dave Blume, Peter Vanderloo and Steven Johnson. Also in attendance were Dennis Dochnahl and Robert & Evelyn Thuli.

The public notice and the agenda were approved on motion by Supervisor, David Blume seconded by Supervisor Steven Johnson. Motion carried.

Steven Johnson made a motion to recess to the NW pt fr of the NW ¼ of the SW ¼ S7-T6N-R3E in which they would then review the fence. Peter Vanderloo seconded the motion. Motion carried. Application was made to the Town by Dennis Dochnahl.

The Town Board reconvened at 108 E. Leffler Street at 8:44 a.m.

David Blume made a motion that Robert & Evelyn Thuli’s fence is to be brought up to legal code within two weeks (wires to be spaced evenly apart and tightened) and that it is understood that Dennis Dochnahl will install and maintain an electric fence on his property to keep his cattle from getting up against the Dochnahl and Thuli fence where he winters his cattle in his field.
