Special Town Board Meeting
October 13, 2011 @ 6:00 p.m.

1) Call to order. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Town Supervisors in attendance were: David Blume, David Gollon, David Thomas and Charles Price. Also in attendance was Clerk Sara Olson.

2) Approval of Public Notice/Agenda. Supervisor, David Gollon made a motion to approve the public notice and agenda seconded by Supervisor, David Blume. Motion carried.

3) Discussion & possible action re: 2012 Town Budget. The Town Board worked on the preliminary draft of the 2012 budget.

4) Public Comment. Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson presented the Town Board with a copy of the Fire Department Subcommittee minutes and the financial statement. Charlie Price indicated that the minutes were incorrect in reference to the purchasing of the new fire truck.

5) Adjournment. David Gollon made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Charlie Price seconded the motion. Motion carried.
