Notice of Special Town Meeting of the Electors of the Town of Dodgeville
November 7, 2011
*Immediately following completion of the Public Hearing on the proposed 2012 Budget*


Call to order. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 6:05 P.M.

Town Supervisors in attendance were: David Gollon, David Blume and David Thomas. Charlie Price was absent. Also in attendance was Clerk Sara Olson.

1) To approve the total year 2012 highway expenditure pursuant to Sec. 81.01 (3) of Wis. Statues. David Blume made a motion to approve the total year 2012 highway expenditures in the amount of $551,888.00. David Gollon seconded the motion. Motion carried.

2) To adopt the 2011 tax levy to be paid in 2012 pursuant to Sec. 60.10(1)(a) Wis. Statues that includes a 0.5% increase from the unused levy in 2010 pursuant to Sec. 66.0602(3)(f)c Wis. Statues. David Gollon made a motion to approve the 2011 tax levy that includes a 0.5% increase from the unused levy in 2010 to be paid in 2012 in the amount of $408,173.00. David Thomas seconded the motion. Motion carried.

3) Adjournment. David Blume made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:07 P.M. David Gollon seconded the motion. Motion carried.
