Notice of Special Town Meeting of the Electors of the Town of Dodgeville
November 3rd, 2022
*Immediately following completion of the public hearing on the proposed 2023 budget*


Call to order. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 6:04 p.m.

Town Supervisors in attendance were: David Pope and Pam Johnson-Loy. Also in attendance were Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson, Kevin Zajicek (elector) and Randy Beerkircher.

1) To adopt the 2022 tax levy to be paid in 2023 pursuant to Sec. 60.10(1)(a) Wis. Statues. Pam Johnson-Loy made a motion to approve the 2022 tax levy to be paid in 2023 in the amount of $488,672.00. David Pope seconded the motion. Motion carried.

2) To establish the Town Chairman Salary for the 2023-2024 term. David Pope made a motion to establish the Town Chairman Salary at $500.00 per month for the 2023-2024 term. Pam Johnson-Loy seconded the motion. Motion carried.

3) Adjournment. David Pope made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:08 p.m. Pam Johnson-Loy seconded the motion. Motion carried.
