Sanitary District #1 Board of Commissioners
Wednesday, March 13th, 2019
*Immediately following the Regular Town Board Meeting*
1) Call to order. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 7:03 p.m.

Town Supervisors in attendance were: David Blume, Peter Vanderloo, David Gollon and Kyle Levetzow. Also in attendance were Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson and Randy Beerkircher.

2) Approval of Public Notice/Agenda. Supervisor, David Blume made a motion to approve the public notice and agenda seconded by Supervisor Kyle Levetzow. Motion carried.

3) Approval of Meeting Minutes from February 12th, 2019. David Blume made a motion to approve the February 12th, 2019 meeting minutes as submitted. Peter Vanderloo seconded the motion. Motion carried.

4) Discussion re: Upgrade Updates. Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson informed the Board of Commissioners that LW Allen has the parts to complete the upgrades and is currently working on scheduling the project.

6) Discussion & possible action re: Utility Charges – Log Inn, LLC. No action was taken.

7) Public Comment. None.
8) Adjournment. David Blume made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:14 p.m. Peter Vanderloo seconded the motion. Motion carried.
