June 7, 2012 Board of Review Minutes - Adjourn to Later Date

BOARD OF REVIEW MEETING MINUTES
TOWN OF DODGEVILLE
June 7th, 2012

Board of Review was called to order at 6:01 p.m. by Town Chairman, Curt Peterson.

Members present were: Curt Peterson, David Thomas, David Gollon and Charlie Price. Absent member was: David Thomas. Others in attendance were Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson, Charlie Rolli, Jeff Haylock, Gregory Stroncek, Lea Dolan-Stroncek and Marcia Peterson.

Clerk Olson verified that proper notice of the meeting was posted in accordance to WI Statutes 19.84 (3) at the Town Message Boards at Jumping Jupiter, Mueller Implement and the Town Office. The public notice and the agenda were approved on motion by Supervisor, David Gollon seconded by Supervisor Charles Price. Motion carried.

Due to the fact that the assessment roll is not complete a motion was made by Charlie Price to adjourn to a later date for the Board of Review. Date set for Board of Review is June 19th from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. David Gollon seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Motion by David Gollon to adjourn the Board of Review meeting at 6:08 p.m., seconded by David Blume, all approve, motion carried.
