Special Town Board Meeting Minutes
Thursday, June 4th, 2009
*Immediately following the Board of Review*
1) Call to order. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 8:02 PM.

Town Supervisors in attendance were: Charlie Price, David Gollon and David Thomas. Also in attendance was Clerk Sara Olson.

2) Approval of Public Notice/Agenda. Supervisor, David Gollon made a motion to approve the public notice and agenda seconded by Supervisor Charlie Price. Motion carried.

3) Discussion and possible action re: John Deere Grader repairs. Town Supervisor, David Gollon talked to the Board in reference to the additional work that needed to be completed on the grader. David Thomas made a motion to approve the John Deere Grader repairs, ask for a cost of adding a water filter, and to set up a service and maintenance agreement with Brooks Tractor to service and change all the fluids and filters if needed. The Town of Dodgeville will have start the service and maintenance agreement when doing the current repairs needed. Charlie Price seconded the motion. Motion carried.
4) Adjournment. David Thomas made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:32 P.M. David Gollon seconded the motion. Motion carried.
