Plan Commission Meeting
Monday, June 28th, 2021

The Town of Dodgeville Plan Commission met on Monday, June 28th at 6:00 P.M. Planning Commission Chair Larry Nelson called the Planning Commission meeting to order at 6:00 P.M.

Plan Commission Committee members in attendance were Larry Nelson, Peter Vanderloo, Curt Peterson, Pam Johnson-Loy, Krista Dolan and Mary Wilson. Absent was Paul Lawinger.

Others in attendance: Kurt Kapfhamer

Planning Commission Chairman Larry Nelson verified that proper notice of the public hearing was posted on June 16th, 2021 in accordance to WI Statutes 19.84 (3) at the Town Message Boards at Pleasant Ridge Store, Mueller Implement and the Town Office. Curt Peterson made a motion to approve the public notice and agenda. Krista Dolan seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Mary Wilson made a motion to approve the April 26th, 2021 Plan Commission meeting minutes as presented. Pam Johnson-Loy seconded the motion. Motion carried.

The Planning Commission discussed the rezoning application of Kurt Kapfhamer to rezone 20.83 acres more or less from A-1 Ag Legal Non-Conforming to AR -1 located in pt of the NE ¼ of the SW ¼ and the pt fraction of the SW ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 18, Town 6 North, Range 4 East located on County Road Y. Peter Vanderloo made a motion to approve the rezoning of 20.83 acres more or less from A-1 Ag Legal Non-Conforming to AR-1 located in pt of the NE ¼ of the SW ¼ and the pt fraction of the SW ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 18, Town 6 North, Range 4 East located on Section Line Road with the appropriate acreage being placed into the conservancy district. Mary Wilson seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson informed the Planning Commission of potential upcoming petitions.

Peter Vanderloo made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:27 p.m. Krista Dolan seconded the motion. Motion carried.
