Sanitary District #1 Board of Commissioners
Tuesday, July 2nd, 2019
*Immediately following the Regular Town Board Meeting*
1) Call to order. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 7:11 p.m.

Town Supervisors in attendance were: David Pope, David Gollon and Kyle Levetzow. Excused was: Peter Vanderloo. Also in attendance was Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson.

2) Approval of Public Notice/Agenda. Supervisor, Kyle Levetzow made a motion to approve the public notice and agenda seconded by Supervisor David Pope. Motion carried.

3) Comments from the public. None.

4) Approval of Meeting Minutes from June 4th, 2019. David Gollon made a motion to approve the June 4th, 2019 meeting minutes as submitted. David Pope seconded the motion. Motion carried.

5) Discussion & possible action re: Financing of the Lift Station Upgrades. Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson presented proposals from Farmer’s Savings Bank for financing of the Lift Station Upgrades. The Sanitary Board of Commission requested that Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson have Farmer’s Savings Bank prepare a Resolution for the borrowing of the funds.

6) Discussion & possible action re: Check Valves. Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson presented information that was received from Sabel Mechanical LLC in regards to estimated costs for repairing the check valves.
7) Adjournment. David Gollon made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:32 p.m. Kyle Levetzow seconded the motion. Motion carried.
