Sanitary District #1 Board of Commissioners
Tuesday, July 10th, 2018
*Immediately following the Regular Town Board Meeting*
1) Call to order. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 6:06 p.m.

Town Supervisors in attendance were: David Gollon, David Blume and Kyle Levetzow. Excused was Peter Vanderloo. Also in attendance was Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson, Jeffrey Haylock and Randy Beerkircher.

2) Approval of Public Notice/Agenda. Supervisor, Kyle Levetzow made a motion to approve the public notice and agenda seconded by Supervisor David Gollon. Motion carried.

3) Approval of Meeting Minutes from March 6th, 2018. David Gollon made a motion to approve the March 6th, 2018 meeting minutes as submitted. David Blume seconded the motion. Motion carried.

4) Discussion & possible action re: Sanitary District #1 – Lift Station Repairs (Rowe Rd Station). Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson informed the Board of the cost of the repairs on the Rowe Rd lift station and inquired about allowing the Sanitary District users to pay for the costs in installments. David Blume made a motion to allow the users the ability to pay for the costs of the repairs in 5 monthly installments. David Gollon seconded the motion. Motion carried.

5) Discussion & possible action re: Future Lift Station Repairs and Upgrades. Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson and patrolman Randy Beerkircher informed the Town Board of future needed repairs and upgrades. Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson is working on obtain approximate prizes to present to the Town Board.

6) Public Comment. None.
7) Adjournment. David Gollon made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:32 p.m. Kyle Levetzow seconded the motion. Motion carried.
