Town Board Meeting Minutes
Friday, January 22nd, 2021
5:30 p.m.

1) Call to order. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.

Town Supervisors in attendance were David Gollon, Kyle Levetzow, David Pope and Peter Vanderloo.

Everyone in attendance recited the Pledge of Allegiance.

2) Approval of Public Notice/Agenda. Supervisor, Peter Vanderloo made a motion to approve the public notice and agenda seconded by Supervisor, Kyle Levetzow. Motion carried.

3) Closed Session in accordance with Wisconsin Statue 19.85 (1) (c) to consider employment, promotion, employee hours, compensation or performance evaluation of any public employee of which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. (Compensation) David Gollon made a motion to go into Closed Session in accordance with Wisconsin Statue 19.85 (1) (c) to consider employment, promotion, employee hours, compensation or performance evaluation of any public employee of which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Peter Vanderloo seconded the motion. Motion carried. Roll call vote: Gollon, yes; Pope, yes; Vanderloo, yes; Levetzow, yes and Peterson, yes.

4) Reconvene into Open Session. Kyle Levetzow made a motion to reconvene into open session. David Pope seconded the motion. Motion carried.

5) Board action as a result of Closed Session. None

6) Discussion & possible action re: Hiring of Seasonal Employee. Peter Vanderloo made a motion to hire Keith Buckingham as a seasonal employee at a pay rate of $23.00 effective January 22nd, 2021. David Pope seconded the motion. Motion carried.

7) Public Comment. None

8) Adjournment. David Gollon made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 5:40 p.m. David Pope seconded the motion. Motion carried.
