Plan Commission Meeting
Monday, February 28th, 2022

The Town of Dodgeville Plan Commission met on Monday, February 28th at 6:00 P.M. Planning Commission Chair Larry Nelson called the Planning Commission meeting to order at 6:00 P.M.

Plan Commission Committee members in attendance were Larry Nelson, Paul Lawinger, Pam Johnson-Loy, Peter Vanderloo, Krista Dolan and Mary Wilson. Absent was Curt Peterson.

Others in attendance: Kent Kramer, Jeffrey Walker, Janette Gaukel and Joe Gaukel.

Planning Commission Chairman Larry Nelson verified that proper notice of the public hearing was posted on February 18, 2022 in accordance with WI Statutes 19.84 (3) at the Town Message Boards at Pleasant Ridge Store, Mueller Implement and the Town Office. Krista Dolan made a motion to approve the public notice and agenda. Pam Johnson-Loy seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Pam Johnson-Loy made a motion to approve the December 27th, 2021 Plan Commission meeting minutes as presented. Krista Dolan seconded the motion. Motion carried.

The Planning Commission, Kent Kramer and Jeffrey Walker discussed the rezoning application of Kent & Amy Kramer and Jeffrey & Karen Walker to rezone a 7.13 acre parcel from A-1 & AR-1 to AR-1 located in the NE ¼ of the SE ¼ and the SE ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 25, Town 6 North, Range 3 East located on County Road Q/Wilson Rd as well as the conditional use permit to reduce an existing AR-1 lot to 14.70 acres located in the same location as described above. Pam Johnson-Loy made a motion to recommend the approval of the rezoning application of Kent & Amy Kramer and Jeffrey & Karen Walker to rezone a 7.13 acres parcel from A-1 & AR-1 to AR-1 located in the NE ¼ of the SE ¼ and the SE ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 25, Town 6 North, Range 3 East located on County Road Q/Wilson Rd and the conditional use application of Jeffrey & Karen Walker to reduce and existing AR-1 lot to 14.70 acres located in part of the NE ¼ of the SE ¼ and the SE ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 25, Town 6 North, Range 3 East. Krista Dolan seconded the motion. Motion carried.

There were no other correspondence and other matters.

Pam Johnson-Loy made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:19 p.m. Krista Dolan seconded the motion. Motion carried.
