February 16, 2012 Special Town Board Meeting

Special Town Board Meeting
February 16th 2012 @ 5:00 p.m.

1) Call to order. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 5:04 p.m.

Town Supervisors in attendance were: David Gollon, David Blume, Charlie Price and David Thomas. Also in attendance was Clerk Sara Olson.

2) Approval of Public Notice/Agenda. Supervisor, Charlie Price made a motion to approve the public notice and agenda seconded by Supervisor, David Thomas. Motion carried.

3) Discussion & possible action re: Trade-In of End Loader/Backhoe. The Town Board received an e-mail from Miller-Bradford indicated that they were in need of our 2011 Case 580 Super N tractor backhoe. Miller-Bradford would replace it at no charge to the Township with additional benefits. David Blume made a motion to approve the trade-in of the end loader/backhoe according to the e-mail received by the Town Board. David Gollon seconded the motion. Motion carried.

4) Public Comment. None

5) Adjournment. David Thomas made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 5:12 p.m. David Gollon seconded the motion. Motion carried.
