Special Town Board Meeting
*Immediately following the Special Town Meeting of the Electors of the
Town of Dodgeville*

Call to order. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 6:11 P.M.

Town Supervisors in attendance were: Greg Jewell, David Gollon and David Thomas. Also in attendance was Clerk Sara Olson.

1) Approval of Public Notice/Agenda. David Thomas made a motion to approve the public notice and agenda. Greg Jewell seconded the motion. Motion carried

2) Adopt 2009 Budget. David Thomas made a motion to adopt the 2009 Budget as Follows:

Personal & Property Tax $392,666.00
Other Tax/Special Assessments $ 29,664.65
Intergovernmental Revenues $227,189.92
Licenses and Permits $ 30,500.00
Public Charges for Services $ 17,100.00
Miscellaneous Revenues $ 7,040.00
Fund Balances Applied $ 36,644.43
Intergovernmental Charges $ 13,900.00
Total Revenues & Fund
Balance Applied $754,705.00

EXPENDITURES:
General Government $132,250.00
Public Safety $134,103.00
Public Works $431,459.00
Health & Human Services $ 5,600.00
Conservation and Development $ 2,000.00
Capital Outlay $ 1,000.00
Debt Service $ 48,293.00
Total Expenditures $754,705.00

Greg Jewell seconded the motion. Motion carried.

3) Correspondence or any other matter brought before the board. None

4) Adjournment. David Gollon made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:48 P.M. David Thomas seconded the motion. Motion carried.
