Notice of Special Town Meeting of the Electors of the Town of Dodgeville
December 1, 2008

Call to order. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 6:07 P.M.

Town Supervisors in attendance were: Greg Jewell, David Gollon and David Thomas. Also in attendance was Clerk Sara Olson.

1) To approve the total year 2009 highway expenditure pursuant to Sec. 81.01 (3) of Wis. Statues. David Thomas made a motion to approve the total year 2009 highway expenditures in the amount of $431, 459.00. David Gollon seconded the motion. Motion carried.

2) To adopt the 2008 tax levy to be paid in 2009 pursuant to Sec. 60.10(1)(a) Wis. Statues. David Thomas made a motion to approve the 2008 tax levy to be paid in 2009 in the amount of $392,666.00. Greg Jewell seconded the motion. Motion carried.

3) Adjournment. Greg Jewell made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:10 P.M. David Gollon seconded the motion. Motion carried.
