Plan Commission Meeting
Monday, April 27, 2009

The Town of Dodgeville Planning Commission met on Monday, April 27th, 2009 at 6:30 PM. Chair, Dave Blume called the Plan Commission meeting to order at 6:31 PM.

Plan Commission Committee members in attendance were: Chair, Dave Blume, Laura Jean Blotz, Curt Peterson, and Larry Lenox. Absent members were: John Crook and Greg Jewell.

Others in attendance were: Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson.

Chairman Blume verified that proper notice of the meeting was posted on April 22, 2009 in accordance to WI Statutes 19.84 (3) at the Town Message Boards at Jumping Jupiter, Mueller Implement and the Town Office. Matt Chitwood made a motion to approve the public notice and agenda. Laura Jean Blotz seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Curt Peterson made a motion to approve the March 30th, 2009 meeting minutes with the correction of a few minor miscellaneous typographical errors. Larry Lenox seconded the motion. Motion carried.

The Planning Commission reviewed and discussed Section E, Agricultural, Natural and Cultural Resources of the Town of Dodgeville Comprehensive Plan. The Planning Commission noted that it would be beneficial to update some of the charts after the 2010 census is conducted.

Larry Lenox made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:03 p.m. Laura Jean Blotz seconded the motion. Motion carried.
