Plan Commission Meeting
Monday, April 25th, 2022

The Town of Dodgeville Plan Commission met on Monday, March 28th at 6:00 P.M. Planning Commission Chair Larry Nelson called the Planning Commission meeting to order at 6:00 P.M.

Plan Commission Committee members in attendance were Larry Nelson, Curt Peterson, Paul Lawinger and Krista Dolan. Absent were Peter Vanderloo and Mary Wilson.

Others in attendance: Katie Mosley, Chad Mosley, Elizabeth Dolan and Richard Dolan.

Planning Commission Chairman Larry Nelson verified that proper notice of the public hearing was posted on April 13th, 2022 in accordance with WI Statutes 19.84 (3) at the Town Message Boards at Pleasant Ridge Store, Mueller Implement and the Town Office. Curt Peterson made a motion to approve the public notice and agenda. Krista Dolan seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Krista Dolan made a motion to approve the March 28th, 2022 Plan Commission meeting minutes as presented. Curt Peterson seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Mary Wilson arrived at the meeting.

The Planning Commission and Chad & Kathryn Mosley discussed the rezoning application of a 2.68 acre parcel from A-1 Ag Legal Non-Conforming to AR-1 Ag Residential located in part fraction of the NW ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 4, Town 6 North, Range 3 East located at 4451 State Road 23. The petitions indicated that they would be removing the existing trailer home and replacing it with a new single-family dwelling. Curt Peterson made a motion to recommend the approval of the rezoning application of a 2.68 acre parcel from A-1 Ag Legal Non-Conforming to AR-1 Ag Residential located in part fraction of the NW ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 4, Town 6 North, Range 3 East located at 4451 State Road 23 . Krista Dolan seconded the motion. Motion carried.

There were no other correspondence and other matters.

Curt Peterson made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:08 p.m. Krista Dolan seconded the motion. Motion carried.
