Annual Town Meeting Minutes
Tuesday, April 17th, 2018
6:00 p.m.
1) Call to order. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Town Supervisors in attendance were: David Blume, Peter Vanderloo, Kyle Levetzow and David Gollon. Also in attendance were Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson, Larry Nelson and Jeffrey Haylock.

2) Approval of Public Notice/Agenda. Supervisor, David Gollon made a motion to approve the public notice and agenda seconded by Supervisor Peter Vanderloo. Motion carried.

3) Approval of Annual Meeting Minutes from April 19th, 2017. David Gollon made a motion to accept the April 19th, 2017 meeting minutes as submitted. David Blume seconded the motion. Motion carried.

4) Review of 2017 Annual Report & Audit. The Town Board reviewed the presented revised 2017 Annual Report indicating that the Town had a net loss of $69,979.17. The Town Board was unable to review the Audit Report as it wasn’t complete at the time of meeting.

5) Review of 2017 Accomplishments & Highlights. The Town Board discussed several accomplishments and highlights for 2017 including the following: Sealcoating of Bell Ct, Penny Ln, Green Leaf Dr, Rowe Rd, Brue Rd and Chris-Na-Mar Rd; Overlays on Miess Rd, Lehner Rd and Blotz Road; Paving of .5 miles on Berg Rd; Completion of the Survey Rd Project and Culvert; The selling of the Peterbilt and the purchasing of a 2018 MACK Truck as well as the hiring of Randy Beerkircher a full-time patrolman.

6) Set 2018 Annual Meeting Date. Peter Vanderloo made a motion to set the 2018 Annual Meeting date for the third Tuesday in April of 2019 starting at 5:00 p.m. Kyle Levetzow seconded the motion. Motion carried.

7) Other matter brought before the Annual Meeting. No other matters were brought before the annual meeting.

8) Adjournment. Peter Vanderloo made a motion to adjourn at 6:18 p.m. David Gollon seconded the motion. Motion carried.
