April 16, 2019 Annual Town Board Meeting

Annual Town Meeting Minutes
Tuesday, April 16th, 2019
5:00 p.m.
1) Call to order. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.

Town Supervisors in attendance were; Peter Vanderloo, David Pope and Kyle Levetzow. Excused was David Gollon. Also in attendance were Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson, Cal Magnan, John Wiest and Randy Beerkircher.

2) Approval of Public Notice/Agenda. Supervisor, Kyle Levetzow made a motion to approve the public notice and agenda seconded by Supervisor Peter Vanderloo. Motion carried.

3) Approval of Annual Meeting Minutes from April 17th, 2018. Curt Peterson made a motion to accept the April 17th, 2018 meeting minutes as submitted. Peter Vanderloo seconded the motion. Motion carried.

4) Review of 2018 Annual Report & Audit. The Town Board reviewed the presented 2018 Annual Report indicating that the Town had a net income of $93,504.68. Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson presented a copy of the 2018 Audit Report and requested that the Board members review the document and discussion would take place at a later meeting.

5) Review of 2018 Accomplishments & Highlights. The Town Board discussed several accomplishments and highlights for 2018 including the following: paving of a portion of Esch Rd, replacement of a box culvert and overlays on Norwegian Hollow Rd, as well as the sealcoating of Blotz Rd, Brennan Rd, Lehner Rd, Miess Rd and Oxnem Road.

6) Set 2019 Annual Meeting Date. Peter Vanderloo made a motion to set the 2019 Annual Meeting date for the third Tuesday in April of 2020 starting at 5:30 p.m. Kyle Levetzow seconded the motion. Motion carried.

7) Other matter brought before the Annual Meeting. No other matters were brought before the annual meeting.

8) Adjournment. Peter Vanderloo made a motion to adjourn at 5:13 p.m. David Pope seconded the motion. Motion carried.
