Special Town Board Meeting Minutes
April 15th, 2011
8:00 A.M.

1) Call to order. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 8:05 A.M.

Town Supervisors in attendance were: David Blume, Charles Price and David Thomas. Mel Loy was also present.

2) Approval of Public Notice/Agenda. Supervisor, Charles Price made a motion to approve the public notice and agenda seconded by Supervisor, David Blume. Motion carried.

3) Discussion & possible action re: Shared Driveway Agreement (3510 Hunter Hollow Rd). The Town Board took no action on this item due to it was discovered that there already was an existing shared driveway agreement with four users.

4) Recess to Multiple Township Roads to Review Road Conditions. No action took place on site. Charles Price made a motion to recess to Township roads. David Thomas seconded the motion. Motion carried.

5) Reconvene to the Town Hall, located at 108 E. Leffler Street. Charles Price made a motion to reconvene in session at 3:20 p.m. after visiting all the Township roads. David Blume seconded the motion. Motion carried.

6) Discussion & possible action re: Road Projects. Charlie Price made a motion to sealcoat up to 5.5 miles of road in 2011 with Section Line and Goldmine being the first roads to complete. The Town will put these road projects out to bid. David Thomas seconded the motion. Motion carried.

7) Appointment of Town Board Members to Plan Commission. Curt Peterson and David Blume were appointed to serve on the Planning Commission as Town Board Members.

8) Public Comment. None

9) Adjournment. David Thomas made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 3:30 p.m. David Blume seconded the motion. Motion carried.
