Annual Town Meeting Minutes
Tuesday, April 10th, 2012
6:00 p.m.

1) Call to order. Town Chairman, Curt Peterson called the meeting to order at 6:03 p.m.

Town Supervisors in attendance were: Charles Price, David Blume, David Gollon and David Thomas. Also in attendance were Clerk/Treasurer Sara Olson, Sharon Nicholas, Warren Bohlman, Kristiane Randal, Stewart Schilling and Michelle Godez-Schilling.

2) Approval of Public Notice/Agenda. Supervisor, Charles Price made a motion to approve the public notice and agenda seconded by Supervisor David Thomas. Motion carried.

3) Approval of Annual Meeting Minutes from April 12th, 2011. Charlie Price made a motion to approve the April 12th, 2011 meeting minutes as submitted. David Thomas seconded the motion. Motion carried. David Gollon abstained from the motion.

4) Review of 2011 Annual Report & Audit. The Town Board reviewed the 2011 Annual Report and the audited financial statements in details indicating that the Town had a net income of $330.70. The Town Board indicated that they would review the communication of significant deficiencies and material weaknesses at the next Town Board meeting.

5) Review of 2011 Accomplishments & Highlights. The Town Board discussed several accomplishments and highlights for 2011 including the following: Sealcoating of Section Line Road, Double sealing of Goldmine Rd, Chimney Rock Road Turn-Around, 2011 Blizzard and FEMA Aids received for this storm, Completion of Phase II of Brue Road, Remodeling of the Town Hall, and a new elected official David Blume.

6) Set 2012 Annual Meeting Date. David Blume made a motion to set the 2012 Annual Meeting date for April 16, 2013 or the third Tuesday in April starting at 6:00 p.m. David Gollon seconded the motion. Motion carried.

7) Other matter brought before the Annual Meeting. No other matters were brought before the annual meeting.

8) Adjournment. David Thomas made a motion to adjourn at 6:32 p.m. David Gollon seconded the motion. Motion carried.
