NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that there will be a Plan Commission Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville which will be held on Monday, September 28th, 2009 beginning at 6:30 PM. This meeting will be held in the Town Office located at 108 E. Leffler Street, Dodgeville, Wisconsin.
1. Call meeting to order
2. Roll call
3. Approval of Public Notice & Agenda in accordance with Open Meeting Laws
4. Review and approve meeting minutes from August 31, 2009
5. The application of Thomas & Annmarie Lalor to preview the rezoning application, located in the NW ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 19, Town 6 North, Range 4 East to rezone (2) 2.00 acres more or less from A-1 Ag to AR-1 Ag Residential for the purpose of separating 2.00 acres containing the main residence and garage, and 2.00 acres containing the other home and machine shed.
6. Discussion of the legal opinion in reference to the Transferring of Development Rights
7. Farmland Preservation Law Update
8. Discussion of establishing a Cluster Housing Ordinance (Tabled from August 2009)
9. Correspondence or other Matters
10. Adjournment
