NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Special Town Board Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville will be held on Wednesday, October 17th, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Town Office located at 108 E. Leffler Street in Dodgeville, Wisconsin.
1. Call meeting to order/Pledge of Allegiance
2. Approval of Public Notice and Agenda
3. Approval re: Jewell & Associates Invoice (Esch Rd)
4. Discussion & possible action re: Driveway Variance Request (Section Line Rd)
5. Discussion & possible action re: Conditional Use Permit to allow a nonfarm residence on a 10 acre A-1 Ag lot in the SE/NE of S2-T6N-R2E
6. Closed Session in accordance with Wisconsin Statue 19.85 (1) (c) to consider employment, promotion, employee hours, compensation or performance evaluation of any public employee of which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. (Employment & Compensation)
7. Reconvene into Open Session
8. Board action as a result of Closed Session
9. Discussion & possible action re: 2019 Budget
