REGULAR TOWN BOARD MEETING
Tuesday, November 9th, 2010
*IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF THE ELECTORS OF THE TOWN OF DODGEVILLE MEETING*
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Regular Town Board Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville will be held on Tuesday, November 9th, 2010, IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE SPECIAL TOWN ELECTORS OF THE TOWN OF DODGEVILLE MEETING. The meeting will be held in the Town Office located at 108 E. Leffler Street in Dodgeville, Wisconsin.
1. Call meeting to order
2. Approval of Public Notice and Agenda
3. Approval of Meeting Minutes from October 5, 2010 and October 14, 2010
4. Approval of Treasurer’s Reports for General, Sanitary District #1, 2, 3 and Tax Collection Accounts
5. Bills to be approved
6. Adoption of the 2011 Budget
7. Discussion & possible action re: Iowa County Humane Society Contract
8. Discussion & possible action re: Variance for a building within the road setback to Evans Quarry Rd (James Giesen & Mary Klink)
9. Town Road Report
10. Clerk/Treasurer Report
11. Discussion & possible action re: Private Road Waiver (Snow Plowing)
12. Discussion & possible action re: Recycling Center (Sign-In Sheets)
13. Discussion & possible action re: Town Shop Sign
14. Discussion & possible action re: Purchasing of New Garage Door
15. Discussion & possible action re: FDIC Insurance on Tax Account
16. It is possible the Town Board will go into Closed Session in Accordance with Wisconsin Statue 19.85 (1) (c) to consider employment, promotion, employee hours, compensation or performance evaluation of any public employee of which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.
17. Reconvene into Open Session
