NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Regular Town Board Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville will be held on Tuesday, May 4th, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Town Office located at 108 E. Leffler Street in Dodgeville, Wisconsin.

3. Approval of Meeting Minutes from April 13, 2010

4. Approval of Treasurer’s Reports for General, Sanitary District #1, 2, 3 and Tax Collection Accounts

5. Bills to be approved

6. Discussion & possible award: 2010 Sealcoating Projects

7. Discussion re: Planning Commission Recommendation (Working Lands Initiative)

8. Discussion & possible action re: Selling of the Old New Holland 5610 Mower Tractor & Extra Old Mower

9. Discussion & possible action re: Sanitary District #1 Manhole Repairs

10. Discussion & possible action re: Location of Tree at Town Hall (Landscaped Area)

11. Discussion re: Additional Exceptions to Ordinance Chapter 4 Fire Safety

It is possible the Town Board will go into Closed Session in Accordance with Wisconsin Statue 19.85 (1) (g) to confer with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which is or is likely to become involved.
