SANITARY DISTRICT #3 BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

*Immediately following the Regular Town Board Meeting*

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Sanitary District #3 Board of Commissioners Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville will be held on Tuesday, May 3rd, 2011 immediately following the Regular Town Board meeting. The meeting will be held in the Town Office located at 108 E. Leffler Street in Dodgeville, Wisconsin.



1. Call meeting to order

2. Approval of Public Notice and Agenda

3. Approval of Meeting Minutes from November 9th, 2010

4. Discussion & possible action re: Past Due invoice for waterleak in Sanitary District #3 (D.A. Auto)

5. It is possible the Town Board will go into Closed Session in Accordance with Wisconsin Statue 19.85 (1) (g) to confer with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which is or is likely to become involved.

6. Reconvene into Open Session

7. Board Action as a Result of Closed Session

8. Public Comment

9. Adjournment
