REGULAR TOWN BOARD MEETING

6:00 P.M.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Regular Town Board Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville will be held on Tuesday, March 3rd, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Town Office located at 108 E. Leffler Street in Dodgeville, Wisconsin.
1. Call meeting to order
2. Approval of Public Notice and Agenda
3. Approval of Meeting Minutes from February 9th, 2010
4. Approval of Treasurer’s Reports for General, Sanitary District #1, 2, 3 and Tax Collection Accounts
5. Bills to be approved
6. Discussion & possible action re: Iowa County Humane Society Charity Bike Run
7. Discussion & possible action re: Scheduling a Public Hearing to Discuss Room Tax
8. Discussion & possible action re: Discontinuation of Chamber of Commerce Membership
9. Discussion & possible action re: Discontinuation of Wisconsin Towns Association Membership
10. Discussion & possible action re: Operator’s License for Lauren Gullickson
11. Discussion & possible action re: Mower Tractor Quotes

It is possible the Town Board will go into Closed Session in Accordance with Wisconsin Statue 19.85 (1) (g) to confer with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which is or is likely to become involved.
