NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Regular Town Board Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville will be held on Tuesday, March 1st 2011, at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Town Office located at 108 E. Leffler Street in Dodgeville, Wisconsin.

1. Call meeting to order

2. Approval of Public Notice and Agenda

3. Approval of Meeting Minutes from February 7th, 2011

4. Approval of Treasurer’s Reports for General, Sanitary District #1, 2, 3 and Tax Collection Accounts

5. Bills to be approved

6. Town Roads/Equipment Report

7. Clerk/Treasurer Report

8. Discussion & possible action re: Building Permit Fees

9. Discussion & possible action re: Southwest Regional Planning Commission Disaster Mitigation Study

10. Discussion & possible action re: Setting date for Fence Viewing Request

11. Discussion & possible action re: Planning Commission Recommendations

12. Discussion & possible action re: Outdoor Lighting at Town Shop

13. Discussion & possible action re: Remodeling of Town Office

14. Discussion & possible action re: Security System/Surveillance Camera’s

15. It is possible the Town Board will go into Closed Session in Accordance with Wisconsin Statue 19.85 (1) (c) to consider employment, promotion, employee hours, compensation or performance evaluation of any public employee of which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility (Employee Reviews) and in Accordance with Wisconsin Statue 19.85 (1) (g) to confer with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which is or is likely to become involved.
