NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Sanitary District #2 & #3 Board of Commissioners Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville will be held on Tuesday, July 6th beginning at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Town Office located at 108 E. Leffler Street in Dodgeville, Wisconsin.



1. Call meeting to order

2. Approval of Public Notice and Agenda

3. Approval of Meeting Minutes from September 9th, 2009

4. Discussion & possible action re: Acceptance of the Sanitary sewer main extension consisting of 850 LF of 8-inch sewer in Sanitary District #2

5. Discussion & possible action re: Update on status of the waterleak issues in Sanitary District #3

6. Public Comment
