NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that there will be a Plan Commission Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville which will be held on Monday, July 30th, 2012 beginning at 6:30 P.M. This meeting will be held in the Town Office located at 108 E. Leffler Street, Dodgeville, Wisconsin.
1. Call meeting to order
2. Roll call
3. Approval of Public Notice & Agenda in accordance with Open Meeting Laws
4. Review and approve meeting minutes from June 25th, 2012
5. Petition by Green Coveralls, LLC for consideration of a conditional use permit to consider a veterinary clinic to include any act or procedure associated with treatment of animals on a 3 acre parcel zoned B-2 Highway Business in pt SE ¼ of the NE ¼ of S22-T6N-R3E located at 4788 County Road YZ in the Town of Dodgeville.
6. Petition by Irish Valley Ventures LLC for consideration of a conditional use permit to allow a hardware store in addition to previously allowed conditions that included a dairy equipment supply and electrical business on a 2.8 acre B-2 Highway Business lot in S26-T6N-R3E located at 3207 Bennett Road in the Town of Dodgeville.
