NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that there will be a Plan Commission Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville which will be held on Monday, January 26th, 2015 beginning at 6:30 P.M. This meeting will be held in the Town Office located at 108 E. Leffler Street, Dodgeville, Wisconsin.
1. Call meeting to order
2. Roll call
3. Approval of Public Notice & Agenda in accordance with Open Meeting Laws
4. Review and approve meeting minutes from December 29th, 2014
5. The application of Geraldine Anderson Estate to preview the rezoning application of approximately 2.0 acres from A-1 Ag to AR-1 located in part of the SE ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 3, Town 5 North, Range 3 East at 2403 Chris-Na-Mar Road.
6. The application of Hilary Reichling to preview the rezoning application of 3.853 acres more or less from A-1 Ag to AR-1 located in part of the SE ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 6, Town 5 North, Range 4 East at 2621 County Road Y.
7. Discussion & possible action re: Review of Section A Issues & Opportunities and Section B Housing Element of the Comprehensive Plan
8. Discussion & possible action re: Farmland Preservation Mapping
9. Correspondence and other matters
10. Adjournment
