SANITARY DISTRICT #1 AND #2 BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
Thursday January 15th, 2009
5:00 p.m.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Sanitary District #1 and #2 Board of Commissioners Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville will be held on Thursday, January 15th, 2009 beginning at 5:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Town Office located at 108 E. Leffler Street in Dodgeville, Wisconsin.



1. Call meeting to order

2. Approval of Public Notice and Agenda

3. Approval of Meeting Minutes from October 23, 2008

4. The Sanitary District #1 & 2 Board of Commissioners will go into CLOSED SESSION in Accordance with Wisconsin Statue 19.85 (1) (e) for deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, with competitive or bargaining implications.

5. Reconvene into Open Session

6. Board Action as a Result of Closed Session

7. Discussion & possible action re: Sanitary District #1 of the Town of Dodgeville Sanitary Sewer User Agreement between Sanitary District #1of the Town of Dodgeville and Quality Liquid Feeds

8. Discussion & possible action re: Sanitary District #2 Special Charges

9. Discussion of any other matters pertaining to Sanitary District #1 & #2

10. Adjournment
