NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Regular Town Board Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville will be held on Tuesday, February 2nd, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Town Office located at 108 E. Leffler Street in Dodgeville, Wisconsin.

1. Call meeting to order/Pledge of Allegiance

2. Public Comment

3. Approval of Public Notice and Agenda

4. Approval of Meeting Minutes from January 5th & January 22nd, 2021

5. Approval of Treasurer’s Reports for General, Sanitary District #1 and Tax Collection Accounts

6. Bills to be Approved

7. Town Roads/Equipment Report

8. Clerk/Treasurer Report

9. Discussion & possible action re: Establishment of COVID-19 Policy

10. Discussion & possible action re: Establishment of Computer Policy

11. Closed Session in accordance with Wisconsin Statue 19.85 (1) (c) to consider employment, promotion, employee hours, compensation or performance evaluation of any public employee of which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. (Employment)

12. Reconvene into Open Session

13. Board action as a result of Closed Session

14. Discussion & possible action re: Fill-In Recycling Center Attendant

15. Adjournment
