NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that there will be a Plan Commission Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville which will be held on Monday, February 28th, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. This meeting will be held at the Town Hall located at 108 E. Leffler Street, Dodgeville, Wisconsin.

1. Call meeting to order
2. Roll call
3. Approval of Public Notice & Agenda in accordance with Open Meeting Laws
4. Review and approve meeting minutes from December 27th, 2021
5. The rezoning application of Kent & Amy Kramer and Jeffrey & Karen Walker to rezone a 7.13 acre parcel from A-1 & AR-1 to AR-1 located in the NE ¼ of the SE ¼ and the SE ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 25, Town 6 North, Range 3 East located on County Road Q/Wilson Rd. The conditional use application of Jeffrey & Karen Walker to reduce an existing AR-1 lot to 14.70 acres located in part of the NE ¼ of the SE ¼ and the SE ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 25, Town 6 North, Range 3 East.
