NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that there will be a Plan Commission Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville which will be held on Monday, February 28th, 2011 beginning at 6:30 P.M. This meeting will be held in the Town Office located at 108 E. Leffler Street, Dodgeville, Wisconsin.

1. Call meeting to order
2. Roll call
3. Approval of Public Notice & Agenda in accordance with Open Meeting Laws
4. Review and approve meeting minutes from November 29th, 2010
5. The application of Gary Grunow to preview the rezoning application, located in the NE ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 19, Town 6 North, Range 3 East to rezone 2 acres more or less from A-1 to R-1 Residential.
6. The application of Irving & Marilyn VonAllmen (VonAllmen Trust) to preview the rezoning application, located in the NW ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 14, Town 6 North, Range 2 East to rezone 5 acres more or less from B-2 & A-1 to AR-1 Ag Residential. The remaining portion of the B-2 land not included in the 5 acre parcel will be rezone to A-1 Ag.
