NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that there will be a Plan Commission Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville which will be held on Monday, February 23rd, 2015 beginning at 6:00 P.M. This meeting will be held at the Iowa County Courthouse, 2nd Floor conference room located at 222 N. Iowa Street, Dodgeville, Wisconsin.

1. Call meeting to order
2. Roll call
3. Approval of Public Notice & Agenda in accordance with Open Meeting Laws
4. Review and approve meeting minutes from January 26th, 2015
5. Explanation of the rules for the public comment during this meeting. The applicant will be allowed to present their proposal. To be sure everyone has an opportunity to speak, each person who wishes to speak on the subject must have a form filled out and turned into the plan commission prior to the item on the agenda being discussed. The form is available at the meeting. Time will be limited to 3 minutes per person. Comments are to be directed to the Planning Commission Board.
6. The application of William Lee & Gale Lee Irrevocable Trust to preview the rezoning application of approximately 4.648 acres from A-1 Non-Conforming to AR-1 and 25 acres from A-1 to C-1 located in part of the SW ¼ of the SWE ¼ of Section 32, Town 6 North, Range 3 East at 4187 County Road B.
7. Review by Iowa County Planning & Zoning Administrator, Scott Godfrey of the Iowa County Non-Metallic mining regulations and questions.
8. The application of James Rule & Rule Quarry LLC to preview the rezoning application of 65.50 acres more or less from A-1 Ag to AB-1 located in part of the SE ¼ and the SW ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 9, Town 6 North, Range 3 East at 3978 State Road 23. The conditional use application of James Rule & Rule Quarry LLC for the purpose of non-metallic mining on 65.50 acres more or less located in part of the SE ¼ and the SW ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 9, Town 6 North, Range 3 East at 3978 State Road 23.
9. Review of Section C Transportation Element of the Comprehensive Plan
