NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Regular Town Board Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville will be held on Tuesday, December 4th, 2018 immediately following the Sanitary District Board of Commissioners meeting. The meeting will be held in the Town Office located at 108 E. Leffler Street in Dodgeville, Wisconsin.

1. Call meeting to order/Pledge of Allegiance

2. Approval of Public Notice and Agenda

3. Approval of Meeting Minutes from November 7th, 2018

4. Approval of Treasurer’s Reports for General, Sanitary District #1 and Tax Collection Accounts

5. Bills to be approved

6. Town Roads/Equipment Report

7. Clerk/Treasurer Report

8. Discussion & possible action re: Assessor Proposals

9. Discussion & possible action re: Invoices for Equipment Repairs (Kriete & Madison Truck)

10. Discussion & possible adoption re: Ordinance Chapter 6 Driveway Amendment

11. Discussion & possible action re: 2019 Stray Animal Contract & Intake of stray dogs on 10-13

12. Discussion & possible action re: Scrap metals collected at the Recycling Center

13. Discussion & possible action re: Town of Dodgeville Employment Manual

14. Closed Session in accordance with Wisconsin Statue 19.85 (1) (c) to consider employment, promotion, employee hours, compensation or performance evaluation of any public employee of which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. (Christmas Bonus & Compensation)
