NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Regular Town Board Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville will be held on Tuesday, December 2nd, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Town Office located at 108 E. Leffler Street in Dodgeville, Wisconsin.


1. Call meeting to order

2. Approval of Public Notice and Agenda

3. Approval of Meeting Minutes from November 6th, 2008 & November 13th, 2008

4. Approval of Treasurer’s Reports for General, Sanitary District #1, 2, 3 and Tax Collection Accounts

5. Bills to be approved

6. Discussion & possible action re: Plan Commission Recommendations

7. Discussion & possible action re: Final Road Acceptance for 2nd Northridge Addition Penny Lane

8. Discussion & possible action re: Shared Road Agreements with the City of Dodgeville (Snow Plowing)

9. Discussion & possible adoption re: Chapter 9 Dog License Amendment

10. Discussion & possible action re: Purchasing of Snow Fences

11. Discussion & possible action re: Garbage Disposal & Recycling Contract

12. Discussion & possible action re: Franchise Fee

13. Discussion & possible action re: Payroll Clarification

14. Discussion & possible action re: Health Insurance for employees

15. It is possible the Town Board will go into Closed Session in Accordance with Wisconsin Statue 19.85 (1) (c) to consider employment, promotion, employee hours, compensation or performance evaluation of any public employee of which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.
