NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Regular Town Board Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville will be held on Tuesday, August 3rd, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Town Office located at 108 E. Leffler Street in Dodgeville, Wisconsin.

1. Call meeting to order/Pledge of Allegiance

2. Public Comment

3. Approval of Public Notice and Agenda

4. Approval of Meeting Minutes from June 30th, 2021 & July 6th, 2021

5. Approval of Treasurer’s Reports for General, Sanitary District #1 and Tax Collection Accounts

6. Bills to be Approved

7. Town Roads/Equipment Report

8. Clerk/Treasurer Report

9. Discussion & possible action re: Quotes for Tandem Truck

10. Discussion & possible action re: Planning Commission Recommendations

Action will be postponed at this time in regards to the rezoning application and conditional use permit of Kelly Johnson located at 5725 Korback Rd per the petitioners request.

11. Discussion & possible action re: Town of Dodgeville I-pad Use Policy

12. Discussion & possible action re: American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) – Local Fiscal Recovery Funds

13. Discussion & possible action re: Wisconsin Municipal Record Retention & Schedule

14. Discussion & possible action re: WMCA Annual Conference

15. Closed Session in accordance with Wisconsin Statue 19.85 (1) (c) to consider employment, promotion, employee hours, compensation or performance evaluation of any public employee of which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.
