NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that there will be a Plan Commission Meeting for the Town of Dodgeville which will be held on Monday, August 29th, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. This meeting will be held at the Town Hall located at 108 E. Leffler Street, Dodgeville, Wisconsin.
1. Call meeting to order
2. Roll call
3. Approval of Public Notice & Agenda in accordance with Open Meeting Laws
4. Review and approve meeting minutes from June 27th, 2022
5. The rezoning application of GD Dairy to reduce a 7.2 acre AR-1 lot to a 2.03 acre lot located at 4893 State Road 23 and to rezone 32.70 acres from A-1 Ag & AR-1 to AB-1 Ag-Business located on State Road 23 all in part of the NW ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 28, Town 7 North, Range 3 East with the conditional use permit for the purpose of constructing a cheese processing and packaging facility, small retail area, and a single family residence for employee use on the 32.70 acre parcel.
6. Interpretation of Land Use Plan in regards to potential uses and residential allowances on a parcel owned by Weier Family Trust.
